Mr. Black has a B.S. from the University of California Berkeley in 1978. Mr. Black has received many professional recognitions such as Member of CBRE’s “Top TEN” for 22 out of 29 years in the San Francisco Peninsula office, Ranked among San Francisco Peninsula’s “Top 25 Power Brokers” by CoStar Group; 2003-2011, Colbert Coldwell Circle (Top 3% CBRE nationwide); 2011, 2003, 2001, 1995, 1994, 1991, 1987 and SAMCEDA – San Mateo County “Office Broker of the Year” Award; 1991.

David has participated in over ±7.2 MSF of transactions with an aggregate value of $900M. David’s efforts include focusing on the leasing and sales of office, industrial and R&D/Life Sciences properties on the San Francisco Peninsula.

A comprehensive knowledge of lease transactions, as well as an understanding of the competitive sales market, David has established himself as a market leader and recognized expert in his marketplace. As a result of his professionalism and expertise, David has developed long-term relationships with clients, leading to multiple assignments.
