Job duties: Assist in design and production of drawings. Prepare project schedules, traffic plans, permit acquisitions, and Requests for Information (RFI’s). Provide material purchasing and quality control monitoring. Ensure successful and safe execution of work on each construction project. Oversee project’s Document Control and Information Flow. Ensure timely processing of RFI’s and submittals. Assist superintendent, safety coordinator and project manager to develop a project specific crisis management plan and quality control program for each project. Develop and maintain project logs. Conduct quantity surveys of work. Submit summaries of quantities and work completed. Notify project manager of any subcontractor delays and plan accordingly.

Job requirements: Must have a degree in Civil Engineer or Construction Management.

Job duties: An experienced Superintendent position requires a candidate who is energetic and dedicated and someone who thrives on taking ownership and pride in own work. The Superintendent is responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. Additionally, the Superintendent is the direct liaison between the field crews/activities, subcontractors, engineers and management. Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion. Plan and procure materials for work forces. Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed. Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.

Job requirements: Must have experience and knowledge of heavy civil construction (excavation, water & sewer lines and concrete).

Job duties: The Project Manager position requires a candidate who excels at team building and has an innovative mentality. The position is hands on and technically challenging. Additionally, the position rewards those who are able to think through complex problems creatively. The candidate will be expected to create/manage & publish the project schedule on a regular basis, create & control the budget associated with the project, and negotiate Purchase Orders and subcontracts as needed.

Job requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture) or equivalent experience & minimum four years of construction or engineering experience to include three years as a Project Engineer.

Manage construction projects, including for pipelines, underground utilities and structural concrete. Coordinate all phases of construction from permitting to completion. Analyze, interpret and follow detailed plans and specifications, maps, drawings and blueprints in full compliance with industry practices, processes and standards and maintenance protocols. Oversee contract management, submittal processing, the supervision of inspections, site safety, material purchasing and monitoring, and quality control. Advise clients and subcontractors of deficiencies with recommendations to resolve problems. Insure compliance with all pertinent laws, regulations and permit requirements.

Job requirements: Must have 60 months of experience as a Construction Manager or Construction Foreman.
