I've seen plenty of wildfire news coverage in my time, but I've never seen the devastation for myself. Until now. I had the opportunity to visit Anvil Builders crews who are working in Paradise, California to clean up the destruction left by the Camp Fire.
The fire caused billions in damage, took way too many lives, and reduced the entire town to ashes. I wish I was being dramatic, but I'm not. I won't ever forget our time there.
Thanks to all of those who are aiding in the cleanup efforts in Paradise and at other wildfire clean up projects around the US. You're modern heroes.
