The Tubbs Fire ravaged parts of Sonoma and Napa Counties In October 2017, becoming the most destructive wildfire in California history (at that time). Anvil Builders mobilized crews throughout Sonoma County in November 2017 for placement of emergency erosion control measures. From January through April of 2018, up to 20 Anvil crews were brought in for fire debris removal in the particularly hard hit neighborhoods of Coffey Park and Fountaingrove.
