Alan Guy

As President and co-founder, Alan provides strategic, hands-on involvement and has been instrumental in driving rapid, reliable company growth. He works directly with his senior staff of estimators and project engineers on budgeting, strategic planning, estimating, contract negotiations, and overall operations for large-scale public and private underground and aboveground infrastructure projects throughout the Western United States. A recognized leader in the industry, Alan serves on the Board of the Construction Millennials of America (CMA). Alan holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Davis, and started his career with one of the largest general contractors in the Bay Area as a project manager overseeing a variety of high-profile projects. Alan is a LEED AP recognized by the Green Building Certification Institute. In 2022 Gov. Newsom appointed a seat on the California State License Board to Alan. He also serves on the board for United Contractors.
