Ben Gordon

With over 25 years of experience in construction management, Ben is a seasoned construction professional, delivering complex projects across a variety of sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand and has specialized in bridge construction, bridge retrofits, and large-scale transit infrastructure projects. Ben’s portfolio includes successful leadership of new bridge construction and significant retrofit projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as complex transit projects involving phased work and time-constrained shutdowns. His ability to innovate and lead high-performance teams (including several Joint Ventures) has been instrumental in delivering successful projects. Throughout his career, Ben has worked with a diverse range of public sector clients, including the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), Caltrans, BART, Caltrain, Transbay Joint Powers Authority, and the Golden Gate Bridge District, among others.
