Richard Leider

Richard is a co-founder of Anvil Builders Inc. As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, he directs the company’s business development, strategic planning and liquidity requirements for managing multiple, multi-million-dollar projects simultaneously. He brings more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate investment, construction, hospitality, development and strategic management.

Richard started his career with CBRE in San Francisco as a Senior Vice President where he won numerous awards for sales and corporate service collaboration while working with multinational corporate clients, real estate owners and lenders. He holds a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley in Political Economies. Richard serves on the board of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.
